This is a very sensitive LPG and natural gas leak detector with a detection limit of just 6 percent of LEL, so it alerts when even a minor leak is present. When natural gas is detected, it sounds a loud alarm, flashes an LED, and sends additional alerts through its WiFi connection, depending on how you configure it.

GasDog provides a TUYA app for both iOS and Android that lets you configure and monitor all of your GasDog detectors and receive alerts.

This is a durable monitor with a flame-resistant shell and a 365-day warranty, so it's likely to last a long time, but we'd prefer it if GasDog provided an actual lifespan rating instead of stating that it has a "long lifespan." It is worth noting that it can not only detect natural gas, but also methane and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
